Part missing

I have submitted 3 tickets and did an online chat because you can not call anymore. I am missing part H. The online chat tech said they don't have ANY in stock so I can't complete the assembly of my chair. What kind of company doesn't stock extra parts for this sort of problem? I'm very unsatisfied because they won't tell me when the part will be in stock. I paid someone to assemble this for me and now can't even use it!!!

Both of us love this chaise. It is so comfortable and peaceful. It has just the right slant to be able to read.

The box was a little damaged and had a couple knicks in the bars when unpacked but otherwise it is perfect.

The product arrived quickly. Beware, it’’s a very heavy box. My two sons and I put it together. It helped to watch the assembly video. It’s very sturdy and very comfortable.

Beautiful design, great color and beyond relaxing. This chair took me and my husband about an hour to construct...not too terrible. Completely worth the work since this chair is heaven!
