I purchased the electric guitar and amplifier for my child for Christmas he specifically asked for this particular one. It is Christmas Eve and I have put it together with batteries and it will not work. The amplifier does absolutely nothing when the guitar is plugged in nor does the microphone. I don't have a clue on who to call I would like item to be replaced versus a refund because He really wants it.

I bought this for my grandson as we had previously purchased a drum set from you to our other grandson. They love both instruments and for two boys 3 & 4 they enjoy jamming out and showing their talents.
