I have only used the homemade setting due to the fact that I mail my own grains at home and therefore they need their own recipe. I have had a perfect loaf every time for the past few months that I’ve been doing this. I only wish it would save the homemade recipe so that I didn’t have to enter it every time but otherwise, it’s great. A huge timesaver to have the machine do it for you. So I would recommend it.

Far better than what I expected.
You can change different programs for different purposes while you can add various ingredients.

I use this machine since Christmas mostly dough cycle modelling and cooking in a stove the bread. I also have tried corn bread, it is very good just put less sugar. French bread was not good however I didn’t follow the proportion from the book. Basically for my use, it’s perfect. I like the way it looks and works. My previous bread machine has a delay of 30 minutes before any cycle and that was a major irritation in making dough. I also like the fact that it forgets the cycle if you accidentally started a wrong one just turn it off and select the cycle you need. For my use it is perfect. The nut dispenser doesn’t work or I am doing something wrong, but it doesn’t really matter since you can put the nuts any time you need.
