I do like the ladder and it fits my needs in our RV. However, it came with one of the plastic ends broken. Before I could even use the ladder, we had to tape the bottom so it would work without slipping and scratching the floor. It was not worth the hassle of returning it, but I thought you should know it happened.

So far..I really like the ladder I bought. When I have to replace the batteries in the smoke alarms I'll know for sure because the ceilings in this house are very high and I needed something like this ladder to reach them. I'll know for sure when I have to do that..but..so far..so good...thanks,

It took way too long to come & I ended up having to go pick it up from a far away FedEx facility (PLEASE STOP USING FEDEX!!!) but over all I’m glad I have it. My ceilings are super tall & this gets me up high enuff to open my over head storage space right below my ceiling. Also, it’s slightly shaky too.

Best step stool. Not too heavy, easy to open and close and easily fits out of the way for easy storage. I will recommend to family and friends. As always great prices, great delivery and grest satisfaction of course it is, its BCP the best!
