Just enough extra height my other ladders and stools can't provide. I was very pleased with the extra step this ladder provides, allowing me to reach higher ceilings without having to bring in a full size ladder. Very happy with this purchase!
This is the perfect step ladder for use in homes with higher ceilings. I was able to purchase this item for an insanely reduced price. I'm lucky I found it.
Fantastic ladder at an amazing price. Steel construction, solid steps, locking mechanism so it doesn't fold while in use.. and very stable. I always look for weight rating. This one is strong. I'm 230lbs and we know when using a ladder there are usually tools. No problems here. Installed 2 selling fans, a number of new curtain rods, and simple cabinet anchoring....and this ladder has been absolutely perfect.
I’m 5’3 and needed a ladder I could keep in the house. It’s great for cleaning ceiling fans and hard to reach places. It’s sturdy and does not shake. Great product for the money.
I have some tall cabinets in the kitchen that a 3-step ladder just won’t reach. This ladder allows me to reach those cabinets. It is easy to open and very sturdy. I am very pleased with my purchase!!
This looked like the perfect step ladder to keep in the house for me to use for replacing light bulbs, dusting ceiling fans and getting things in/out of the higher cabinets and shelves (I'm just 5ft tall). And it is! But it's quite a bit heavier than I expected at 18 pounds. It's very substantial and solid when unfolded and sitting on a flat surface and I really like the little locking mechanism that keeps it from folding up until you release it. The hand rail is great for added stability and balance and the rubber leg tips and non-slip foot pads are nice safety measures. I just wish it was a bit lighter, like the aluminum ladder I keep in my garage (which is too bulky to keep in the house).
This ladder is ok. I thought it would be sturdier. All the connection points are cheap. Ladder doesn't lock closed, it's definitely a issue. Not only can it open on its own when it's closing it can be a nasty pinch.
