The quality is good, but opening it up and closing it up is difficult.
They don't explain how to do it on line.
I basically have to lay it down to fasten and unfasten, also have to squeeze a 2 prong type piece into holes.
I would send it back if it didn't cost so much.

This ladder is very sturdy! Has an upper shelf that holds items that you need to do the job..doesn't matter whether it paint bucket and brushes or just something as simple as a light bulb. I am NOT sorry I bought this ladder. AND it came already assembled!! A BIG plus for women like myself that may not understand nuts, bolts, and screws! Shipping was spot on!! Delivered exactly as promised!!

This just what I wanted for my wife. She is short and a senior citizen and all the other steps and ladders scared my to death, but this on is sturdy, with big step and a rail to hold on to. This makes me feel safe and wife really loves it.
