WONT WORK ON RUGS Worthless on Rugs

WILL NOT WORK ON RUGS and has a hard time on rugs. I have low pile regular carpeting and thin runners and rugs. As soon as I put the vacuum on either one the brush immediately stops and won’t spin…carpets the brush doesn’t spin fast enough to pick up anything. . I tried pushing it, pulling it…the brush will not spin. Works fine on hard surfaces.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great stick vac which excels at picking up debris

Love how it stands on its own--other stick vacs rarely are designed to do that.
Somehow, the motorized head is able to lift debris very well from both carpeted and hard floors.
The turbo node, while not as strong as some other stick vacs, still works to pick up messes, and knowing that run-time is impacted by using a turbo mode, we opt to not use it very often.
I like that there are LED's on the motor head--just wish they illuminated a wider path.
The handle is very comfortable, but there seems to be no switch to avoid having to hold the trigger continously--a minor quibble.
There is motorized upholstery tool--the biggest oversight, but no deal breaker

This vacuum is amazing! It has great suction and is super compact and when you extend it it is the perfect height for regular use. Its wall mount allows you to hang it up on the wall so it doesn't take up floor space. Perfect idea for a gift!!

I love my new vacuum. It was so easy to assemble and after a quick charge it was ready to go. I've been using it daily for quick clean-ups of the kitchen floor and surrounding areas. I love how it easily transitions from cleaning on my wood floor to my area rugs. The vacuum is super light weight and the head swivels to get tough corners. It stores easily in my utility closet. I am really happy with my purchase.

Overall a great vacuum for quick and convenient us

It is light weight and is a perfect grab and use type of vacuum. I love that is it so accessible and don’t need to be plugged in. The light helps me to see the dirt and particles before they are being cleaned. It is a great suction power as well.

Zero stars. After about a year use of levoit vacuums…we have three all purchased around the same time…and stringent care, they have all become totally useless. Save your money.

A little disappointed

Bought this for my wife last Christmas 2024 and it worked great for 3 to 4 weeks. Then it started making a weird like flapping noise in the motor lost most of the suction power and will only run for about 30 secs with a full battery then shuts off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
