i got the product , read the instructions very carefully to put the product together. looked like it does in other videos and advertised. but it keeps shutting off after 3 seconds of being on, Full battery , BRAND new filters etc.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Game changer

This is my first "stick-vac" and it has been a game changer. It makes vacuuming so much more convenient. It is easy to empty and clean, and does a great job on all my surfaces (hardwood, tile, and area rugs) I really like the light to easily see dust and dirt and the fact that is can lay flat to easily reach under my furniture!
I would recommend this to a friend!

A little disappointed

Bought this for my wife last Christmas 2024 and it worked great for 3 to 4 weeks. Then it started making a weird like flapping noise in the motor lost most of the suction power and will only run for about 30 secs with a full battery then shuts off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Stopped working after a few months

Seemed great for the first few months. Works well and doesn't make a lot of noise. But after 4 months it stopped working. It starts and after about 5-10 seconds it turns off (and it also makes a different sound). It doesn't seem to have any caught hair or a full/dirty filter that would be the culprit.

Not for low pile rugs at all

Will not work on my low pile rugs. Very disappointed as it maneuvers well, but that is it. They say it picks up dog hair and it doesn't.

Do not recommend

I used it twice and it stopped working. Ordered a new charger, but it blinks red when plugged in and won't turn on. Took it apart many times, no clog of any sort. Do not recommend.

Zero stars. After about a year use of levoit vacuums…we have three all purchased around the same time…and stringent care, they have all become totally useless. Save your money.
