the unit developed a crack in the flexible neck hose on the vacuum head after only a few months of use.
it has steadily gotten worse over the next few months to the point where it is almost broken completely off.

i cannot locate a replacement part anywhere, rendering the vacuum useless.
i am terribly disappointed with that issue, since the unit works remarkably well when the hose is unbroken.
because of this, i cannot recommend it to anyone. it is apparently unreliable.

mine is a model lsv-v201ah-kus no serial number is apparent on it.

This vacuum can be very handy for a quick sweep. Easy to use. I wouldn't say it has the greatest suck. I have to run over some areas several times before it picks up. It falls over all the time which drives me crazy. When emptying the canister I have to use a long skewer to grab all the dirt or else I have to take everything apart. I like that you can empty the area around the spinning wheel. It also doesn't get close to the baseboard without taking it apart.

No tangles?! No problem! Wow does the LVAC glide over all my lil dust bunnies. No matter what my need, it's got me handled. All the pesky little things that normally trip vacuums up like not fitting under the couch or dying mid-clean, LVAC doesn't do. That gives it a big dub in my opinion. Don't believe me? Give the LVAC a whirl yourself and relish those sweet sweet spotless floors.

Love it...lightweight, maneuverable, and powerful! The battery lasts for a good 45 minutes on medium, which has enough suction for every area of the house.
