the unit developed a crack in the flexible neck hose on the vacuum head after only a few months of use.
it has steadily gotten worse over the next few months to the point where it is almost broken completely off.

i cannot locate a replacement part anywhere, rendering the vacuum useless.
i am terribly disappointed with that issue, since the unit works remarkably well when the hose is unbroken.

This vacuum can be very handy for a quick sweep. Easy to use. I wouldn't say it has the greatest suck. I have to run over some areas several times before it picks up. It falls over all the time which drives me crazy. When emptying the canister I have to use a long skewer to grab all the dirt or else I have to take everything apart. I like that you can empty the area around the spinning wheel. It also doesn't get close to the baseboard without taking it apart.

Love it...lightweight, maneuverable, and powerful! The battery lasts for a good 45 minutes on medium, which has enough suction for every area of the house.
