i bought 3 years ago and the canvas the cushions sit on ripped and i cant get a replacement for it..

Overall purchase was good and product receive in timely manner. Definitely need at least two people to put it together. Feels like the instructions are a little bit in error the bolts we had to reverse because they interfered with the swing of the seat the bolts that attach the arm and support. Also when you fold the seat down the back support does not seem to fit well in the clamps on the back of the swing.

Not durable at all!!!! Just used it for one year and got teared apart.

I never write a review online. But this swing got broken just after a year and I could have hurt from it. I live in Michigan. So I only used this swing for about 5 months of summer in an entire year. I am 170lb and my 2 year old daughter is about 25-30lb. we both were sitting on it and the seat fabric teared apart all of a sudden. See the attached photo. Luckily I hold my daughter tightly and no one got hurt. All best choice products look good when they arrive but they are not durable or long lasting. I have ordered entire patio sofa set also. It is not broken but it does not seem durable either. trust their products wisely.
