Swing seat sags so you feel the bar underneath you., back leans to far back to be comfortable. The swing is a little too low to the ground and I am only 5'1" . The canopy does not stay in place as the plastic cams do not stay tight so it is constantly leaning all the way up one direction or the other. The hammock portion I finally got to work but a few times it fell to the ground after putting it into position. This to date has to be the worst purchase I have every made. :(
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The assembly was not to difficult. But, found that where the canopy attaches the plastic pieces are to cheap and too weak to keep the canopy at different angles. The swing itself sits way to low difficult to get out of and not very comfortable to sit in.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

There were rough scratches all over the right metal pole making it rough to touch while sitting on swing. The spring where the seat pole sits was loose .i hate contacting customer service and going over the hassle

Amazing hammock swing!

This swing was easy to put together. It only took about an hour to get it all together between my husband and I. It swings comfortably, but my favorite part is that it lays down into a hammock swing. It is very relaxing after a long day to be able to lay down and listen to music or even watch something on my laptop outside. Highly recommend!
