So why can’t you sit normally? It leans bad too back too far

I could see it being a little challenging for some to assemble, but for most, it's very doable.
The only place for improvement is that the canopy can tip in a wind. The mounts are not securely attached to the canopy frame to prevent tipping.
Decent quality, comfortable and a good buy.

Premature ripping

Got this as a gift put it together in the fall. Stored it inside all winter. The following summer sling seat ripped completely out. They don't even offer a replacement option for it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This swing is so awesome! Glides quietly, just as I remembered from older swing sets. It is sturdy, very well built. I got a couple of eager Teens to put it up for me. The instructions were clear, I'm sure I could have put it up myself with help though. It now sits overlooking two glorious ponds in the backyard, shaded by tall trees! I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All are good but the seating bench should have some support under the fabric. The cushions bends when we seat and it adds discomfort. Also it is a problem for bulky people to stand from seating position.
Bench really needs support under fabric.

Seat pads are not thick enough or that comfortable to sit on. Also swing is kinda on the low side for getting in and out of. Also when it rains the cushions soak up water like a sponge.
