It is a great product. Customer service was very prompt. Delivery was very fast too. Unfortunately we had to return this item because it didn't fit in our patio. I will recommend this for it's usability.

The swing is so low to the ground you can’t sit comfortable. The back doesn’t go up far enough so your head hangs. The bed you can’t fit on fully and the cushions are paper thin.

Nice but could be better.

Ok, I purchased this set. I just got it put up. I like the set but the canopy constantly moves with the wind or when we rock. Also, I still haven't figured out how to lay the back down. I am not sure how I feel about this product.

Good quality for price point

Sturdy enough built swing. The cushions are a bit thin, color is very pretty. The material for the canopy is already starting to fade but we get direct sun about 90% of the day, so that was expected. The swing has gone through 3 storms and done decent. Does better when against the house. The canopy likes to catch wind. So we are mindful of that and move it when needed.

I was surprised that this swing was this comfortable despite being convertible. My only complaints is that the cushions don't have velcro or some other way to secure them to the swing and the canopy is not vented.

Dark colors may not be beat for bright sun

I was so excited to find the exact swing to replace my old one. I’m a little disappointed that the shade cover is already fading from navy blue to a chalky grey blue however! We don’t have too much bright sun on the coast yet the fabric is already fading after just a couple weeks.
