The only issue we have is there is nothing built in to tie or Velcro the cushions to the seat so they shift too easy. I know it is because it can flatten to be a bed. We are going to try pinnings the cushion tags to the cloth seat.

water puddles on seat base

I remove the cushions when not in use, but water puddles on the base of the swing seat. You’d think it would be made with material that would let the rain water go through rather than collect into a puddle on top until you dump it out.

No replacement parts available

We bought this swing two and a half years ago. Canopy and cushions have worn out and there is no way to replace them because they don’t make replacement parts for this swing. Now we are left with a perfectly good frame but no canopy and cushions! The canopy is especially a problem as it has to fit just right on the frame. Our swing model has a slightly different canopy than shown, this must be a newer model of the same swing. It’s not worth it to buy this swing as you won’t be able to replace canopy and cushions when they wear out. Ours lasted only 2.5 years…

Sun shade will not stay

Got this as a gift, wasn’t warm enough to set up for a few months. When I finally got it set up there was a broken part and the sunshade won’t stay in place. I called the company and they said they couldn’t help me. Brand new swing that could smack you in the face with the sunshade if the wind hits right as you stand up. Very disappointing.

The way the hardware is packaged and labeled assures that it goes together correctly and that you don't use the wrong parts where they should not go. It helps to have a second person assist during certain steps.
