The chair massage goes all the way to the neck but it doesn't actually massage the neck because of the shape of the chair versus the curve of the neck. The chair is very comfortable and looks good. We like it very much.

Comfortable and affordable...

Chair is comfortable, and doesn't take up a lot of room. The vibration is fairly intense at high level - but I like that. The instructions need to be a little more clear. I am mechanically inclined, so it was a non-issue for me; however that may not be the case for everyone. Overall I am very satisfied, and would recommend this chair to someone who isn't looking to spend a fortune, but yet don't want a chair made of crappy material either. If that describes you - then you won't be disappointed with this purchase.

So disappointed!

I'm so disappointed. I expected this chair to provide a REAL message experience. Instead, it "vibrates." Yes, vibrates, with an annoyingly disconcerting buzzing sound. Also, the chair is much lower to the floor than anticipated. There is a crank but it is absolutely useless. It does recline very nicely. People, keep your money in your pocket and move on...

Best Seat in the House

We literally fight each other off to see who gets to sit in the chair that evening! Comfortable, relaxing...order process and shipping was a breeze. Might have to buy a couple more to keep the fighting to a minimum.
