Grows with your kiddo through adult! Sturdy!

We originally bought this scooter as an adult scooter we could use to scoot with our then 7 year old son. Great plan until he saw it, hijacked it from us and proceeded to ride it fanatically. what's so great about this scooter is it's durable, sturdy, great ride, and for us can service a 7 to 40 some year old (me) with no problem.

I bought one for myself. I'm 42, 5'9", 167lbs. I had one of these as a kid and absolutely loved it. I got this one because my family and I go on a lot of walks and the kids always want to ride their scooters or bikes and I end up running after them. So I got something slower than a bike but faster than my 42yr old legs.

Good scooter for offroad use

Overall I am pretty satisfied with the product. The only issue I had with the scooter was the brake handles... I have a 7yr old niece and a 5yr old great niece, and while the 7yr old can just reach the hand brakes the 5yo old will not be able to until she gets bigger. There is no way to adjust the hand brakes levers to be closer to the handlebars.
I specifically chose this brand over others because of the larger tires and the good ride height so I am not concerned they will crash if they go down a hill or into the dirt/stones.

I was totally psyched to see these style scooters are still made. The wheels, tires, brakes - everything is nicer than what you find in most kids bike these days. It's sturdy. It can handle dad doing some pretty big bunny hops without breaking a sweat!

My granddaughter loves her new scooter. She likes to take it to the rec. path in Stowe. She and her dad rode it today. That makes me happy, what a great choice we made. thank you.

Had to use a file

Had to use a file on the handlebar assembly and we had to tighten up the brakes with a hex wrench not found in the box. Once assembled it seems great and super sturdy. Will buy two more for my other two kiddos:).

Aosom kids and teen ride on scooter

I purchase the Aosom kids and teens ride on scooter for my seven-year-old granddaughter's birthday. I did not want to get her a scooter with small wheels and looked like a small child's scooter. This scooter fit the ticket with bicycle style wheels and front and rear brakes. It looks good and is very well built. She was totally excited when she saw it.
