I love this little fireplace. It looks so beautiful when the "flames" are going and the heater is very efficient. I use it in a family room that is always cold and this fireplace heats it up nicely in no time at all. Enthusiastic endorsement of this product and company!

I think it's lovely. If you want to hand stockings and need something below, this is great. It's just a little space heater but it has two settings: 750 and 1500 degrees. Plus it blows heat very well.

I bought this to use in my living room so I would have some extra heat and ambiance. It looks wonderful and is easy to set up and use. It gives off a lovely heat on either 2 settings, having a faux fireplace makes a great setting. I highly recommend this product.

Small, portable, attractive and warm!! Everything I was looking for!!

I do my remote yoga in a finished basement room that gets very cold during our New England winters. Was looking for a small portable heater to help get the chill out of the floor when I saw this cute little fireplace and bought it before I even looked at the reviews. After reading the nightmare stories of burned outlets and melted plugs, I was afraid to plug the thing in, but since I didn't have any big stickers on the unit (a big complaint from several people) I was hopeful that the company had addressed the complaints and made improvements. I believe I may be right.1. No sticker was on my unit, it arrived totally clean.2. The only assembly was the 4 legs that took me less than 3 minutes to screw onto the bottom.3. Packaging was excellent, well padded, and everything was intact with no broken, dented or scratched areas.4. Unit is very light and easy to move.5. Flame lights are attractive, and the lightnbrightness is adjustable.6. Fan and heater are in the bottom of the unit, which is perfect for blowing the heat out onto the cold floor.7. Heat level is adjustable and automatically shuts down once the room reaches the desired temperature.8. Fan is very quiet, even at highest speed.9. Very attractive piece of furniture. The top stays cool and you can set your coffee or cocktail on it.10. Plug doesn't heat up, even after several hours of use.11. No issues with tripping breakersI can't speak to it's longevity since I've only had it for a few days, but so far I absolutely love this little heater and am so glad I bought the fireplace instead of a plain old heater.

5 stars all around! I purchased the product and within a new days the price had changed and customer service helped me out they wrote back with in 24 hours and were amazing. The product itself is beautiful, lightweight and well made. My room gets chilly and I like to turn it on to warm it up at night. I love that I can dim the lighting and if I don't need heat turn the heat off and keep the light on. I was worried about it being on a rug or putting items on top and I've had NO problems. No overheating of any kind. As for the sticker a lot of customers have been complaining about on the top? I ripped mine off and also had that problem but then I googled and found the solution: PEANUT BUTTER. Put a quarter inch thick swipe of peanut butter over the sticky residue and leave it on for 45 minutes and BAM no more sticky residue. I used a paper towel and wiped it right off. And because it's metal the peanut butter comes right off as well. It's so cute and makes my room feel cozy and happy. 5 stars very happy
