Slow and doesn't work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy AI doesn't work well on this phone, I have a hard time getting it to understand my voice. The touch screen started to not work properly and I have just had issues with it since I got it.

My review or issues with the GalaxyA16 5G is I've had nothing but constant issues with it and it's definitely not what I expected out of a phone. Currently I've been experiencing it running extremely slow and lacking apps even after a factory reboot.
I give this phone 0/5 stars and don't recommend it to anyone. Galaxy AI has been a great thing to use when I've needed it.

Great budget phone

All the features give me extra utility throughout the day, Galaxy AI is easy to use and useful. I like think of it as my personal assistant. This device gives me everything I want and need in a phone without the price of a flagship device.
