Its really heavy. Slow need reset often

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have not used the galaxy ai, phone runs to slow to ad any kind of apps. Phone gives me message of " UI system not responding do I want to wait. I end up having to restart phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As technology is advancing the best thing about samsung to me is these devices stay reliable as new ones come out I own a galaxy 5 watch and it works perfectly with my galaxy a16 phone there are so many great features including galaxy ai and samsung fit I find samsung to be easier to use then any other brand because though its advancing its not becoming complicated like all of these other brands out there. Thanks for providing me with devices that I can rely on samsung I look forward to more business with yall.
