Works well until memory is 25% used

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 5G offense drops or slow to up load. Wifi downloads slows if more then one device is in use. The AI actives without prompting the system. Even with the high memory it still acts like it has no memory. I have apps for work and they are constantly crashes, and I'm not able to clock in on time or do walking patrols check ins.

The Galaxy A16 5G was built for multitasking and seamless connectivity, and we appreciate your comments about connectivity and app performance. You can disable the Galaxy AI feature if you prefer. To do this: Open Settings on your phone or tablet, then tap Galaxy AI. Depending on your device, you might need to swipe to and tap Advanced features first, then select Galaxy AI or Awesome Intelligence. A list of AI features will appear on your device. Tap a sub-menu, such as Call assist, and turn off the switch next to the feature(s) you want to disable. Some AI features can also be turned off directly within individual app settings, like the Phone app, Notes app, Camera app, Gallery app, Samsung Messages, Samsung Health, or SmartThings app. To disable these, go to the app, open its settings, and turn off the AI feature you want to disable. Remember to restart your device after disabling AI features to make sure the changes take effect. More information about Galaxy AI and how it can make your life easier will be linked below. If your phone’s connection isn’t working properly, you can reset the network. To do this: Open Settings, then go to General management and tap Reset. Choose Reset network settings. For mobile connection behaviors, tap Reset mobile network settings; for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth concerns, tap Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings, then tap Reset settings. If you see a "Camera Failed" message, experience freezing, lagging, or the preview not working, it's most likely a software issue rather than a hardware problem. To fix this, update and reset the camera app: open the Camera app, tap the Settings icon, and reset settings by swiping to and tapping "Reset settings," then confirm with "Reset." This restores the Camera app to its default settings and may fix the issue. Check for updates by again tapping the Settings icon, navigating to About Camera, and tapping Update if available. The GalaxyA16 5G has been a Major-Trooper and Vita

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy A16 5g Samsung Phone has been a real trooper when it comes to durability, also, the touch responses are very reflexive to inputs... I have been using this phone in a computer function ~ I even have been writing computer codes with it.. the phone does not lag and it has been a vital resource for my everyday needs ~ I highly recommend the Samsung A16 5g phone!

I use it for multiple things like work and work apps for meetings on zoom platform. For everyday communication. I wouldnt trade for another brand ever. Samsung has my heart.
