[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried the Galaxy AI it was an interesting experience. As far as the Samsung Galaxy A165G this phone is horrible. It crashes about every 10-15minutes. It over heats. The phone calls or messages or notifications don't come in at all after you've been on the phone for about 30 minutes. The phone was defective brand new out the box.

Best phone I've had so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my phone for over a year now. Everything loads quick, the color is crisp and clear. It takes great photos and videos. I've never tried the Galaxy AI yet but un planning on it. It has never crashed. Navigation is very simple. Good for Gaming banking and all other everyday activities. I highly recommend it.

The only thing is my phone which is supposed to be new the system stopped working a couple of times I have only had the phone a month. I am hoping that ig works out if it continues I will havd to do something else and get a better new phone maybe Galaxy AI upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The galaxy a16 is pretty mid being honest, dont get me wrong its not bad for the price but the performance can be terrible at times like watching videos or playing. The screen and cameras are amazing though.
