Could be better

Wifi needs a little tweaking to make it work. That's my main complaint. Otherwise it's a great phone for the price.

Your feedback on Wi‑Fi performance is helpful as we keep working on improving network stability across different environments and routers. Sometimes, resetting your Wi-Fi settings can help restore a strong connection.
Reset network settings. Resetting your network will delete all Bluetooth pairings and saved Wi-Fi networks. Open Settings, then tap General management.
Tap Reset, then choose Reset network settings.
Tap Reset settings. You will need to enter your PIN or password to continue if you have one set.
Finally, tap Reset. You can now test your mobile connection.

A16 5G = Decent Device

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive had a decent experience with it so for, but it does seem to freeze when using some apps for semi long periods of time and lag a bit at times when switching tasks or waiting to move forward when pushing "next" or switching webpages, thkngs of this nature. Plus I don't believe it has the ability to charge via wireless chargers (mine won't at least). Lastly, I t doesnt have very good sound quality when hooked up to car or sterio sound systems nor am I able to find where you can adjust the audio options Inernally which is a major bummer for me. Otherwise it works well and is the perfect size for my needs.

Love My Samsung!

My first real cell phone

This phone rough and dependable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this device for everything in my life at the moment it's my money for my store purchases and it helps me connect with customers that I can't do without so I'm always on the go and the AI and Samsung or Galaxy AI is always correct than most of the day guys out there thanks I got to say you did good with this phone tell me the last models didn't hold up to my lifestyle but so far this was sticking in there crack screening all but it still works like it did when I first got it good job guys thanks..
