My first real cell phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am just learning how to use a cell phone, having had a land line forever. I do like all its features, making a call is so easy. I do wish I could put the volume up more. I have not used Galaxy AI.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this device for everything in my life at the moment it's my money for my store purchases and it helps me connect with customers that I can't do without so I'm always on the go and the AI and Samsung or Galaxy AI is always correct than most of the day guys out there thanks I got to say you did good with this phone tell me the last models didn't hold up to my lifestyle but so far this was sticking in there crack screening all but it still works like it did when I first got it good job guys thanks..

It was a cheaper phone at the time I've lost my partner of 16 years so I had to go with the little cheaper phone. Also I have used Samsung products my entire life. Samsung has always been a number 1 pick for me

The phone is easy to use and feels sleek and edgy

I hope to keep upgrading and using Samsung galaxy devices because of the features and the applications. A great phone and a great setup overall.

My Samsung galaxy has allot of features.

Product perfect for multitasking and work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my galaxy A16 5G it has the best feature that I would consider in any new phone which is multitasking, I can use it for my work documents, I'm able to open 2 and more documents at the same time, With one ui and Samsung services, It made it better for communicating with other Samsung devices that I own with it's beautiful ecosystem, And the most powerful thing about it is Samsung pay now I can pay and transfer easily more than any wallet app, I rate this beautiful phone overall A 9/10 and I have never ever regretted buying any Samsung devices they are durable and have a good lifespan comparing to other brands
