We are delighted that your Galaxy A16 5G works well for you. The 50MP camera on your phone makes taking pictures or capturing video an absolute breeze; it's almost impossible to get a lousy moment. The background apps improve your phone's performance if you close them down when you are no longer using them and understanding what features applications are using when you are in them also helps. While your phone can handle multitasking, closing what you are not accessing at a particular time is best to close out. You can do this by Seeing your recent apps with a single tap. From the Home screen, tap the Recents icon to the left of the Home button. All of your active or opened apps will be listed. If you've customized your Navigation bar, Recents may be on the right unless you use full-screen gestures. To open an app, tap it. To view more apps, swipe left or right. To close an app, swipe up. To close all apps, tap Close All. To use multiple apps simultaneously, tap the app's icon and select Open in split screen view or Open in pop-up view. To keep an app always running in the background, tap the app's icon and select Keep open. To close the app, tap the icon and choose Stop keeping open. To manage the app, tap the app's icon and then select App info. To view the number of apps running in the background, tap (number of apps) active in the background in the top left. Tap Stop to close these running apps. Your phone and tablet are so bright they can suggest apps based on your usage. The apps will appear at the bottom of the Recents page. From the Home screen, tap the Recents icon. Tap More options (the three vertical dots), then tap Settings. Tap the switch next to Show recommended apps to turn it on or off. We hope this helps. Slow and unresponsive

Great features but but crashes often

Due to the screen size, general feel of quality and the personalization options that samsung offers, I was pretty content. Until about 3 days into it when it started freezing and crashing. Now I often find myself closing out of what I'm doing and having to start all over again. I will be trading it in as soon as possible. I gave it 3 stars due to its over all appearance and screen quality. The freezing and crashing is deal breaker for me tho. If you want "seamless actions across apps" save up for a more quality device.

You have been upgraded with an improved processor and a 6.7 FHD Super AMOLED screen with more adaptive refresh rates. These features enhance your user experience and make your device more powerful. If you notice that your device is showing signs of freezing from time to time, this may occur when there is a lot of background activity on your device. Closing out apps you are not using can show signs of improvement. Also, uninstall apps that you are no longer using. Sometimes, we forget to delete those apps we downloaded for a one-time occurrence. Looking at the apps you no longer need will show a significant sign of improvement. An article will be linked to mitigate crashes and freezing of your device. Please check it out. Consider adjusting your refresh rate to allow for a smoother experience with your device's screen. When it's time to dive into your favorite first-person shooter or binge-watch your favorite show, you can adjust your phone's refresh rate to get the best experience. On Galaxy devices, the refresh rate is called "Motion smoothness." From Settings, search for and select Motion smoothness. Tap Motion smoothness again, and then choose your desired option. You will see an enhancement in gliding that makes it even easier on your phone.
