[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to make the switch back to a Samsung Galaxy phone because of prior experience with an S series Galaxy. I realize that the "A" series is a more budget friendly option, but as far as performance is concerned, this model is lacking. It can't keep up with the simplest of tasks, it overheats constantly, and I find myself restarting it frequently. I appreciate the ease of navigating the phone, I guess you'd call that "UI." I love the many features that Samsung offers, I'm just really disappointed with this model. Just the motivation I need to save for a higher end device.

Seamless, fastest reaction time for a touch screen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I switched from the Galaxy A03 to the Galaxy A16 5G, I was expecting a faster reaction time for the touch screen and movement between commands but, NOTHING LIKE WHAT I HAVE EXPERIENCED OVER THIS PAST WEEK. Since receiving my new Gaxaly A16 5G phone, I can get things done twice as fast as before! Not only is the Gaxaly AI features extremely easy to work with but it also makes the experience even better. If you're looking for a phone and AI that pretty much works for you and at lightening speed, look to further than this!

Down to the personalized app settings and the rate of speed for the touch of the user. Very high quality product and operates as such. 10 out of 10 would recommend to family. Very excited to see where they go with this product and it's fast ever-growing, always learning, Galaxy AI.

This is the best phone I have owned in awhile it has an amazing versatile camera both front and back which I need because I have 2 young kids that are growing up so fast and I need a good reliable phone that is also durable. The galaxy AI helps me a lot. I get reminders when I have doctor's appointments or anything that's in my schedule the AI helps me make sure I know how to get where I am going and also helps find the fastest route. Everything is so convenient on this phone it makes it very easy to connect with loved ones because the service is also great especially for where I live. The screen is a great size big enough to even enjoy a movie on and the picture quality is very impressive. The product quality over all is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time.
