Love Galaxy phones

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only use Samsung galaxy phones. I can use my Microsoft office apps on my phone, the picture quality is amazing the speed is great, my only compliment about this phone is it over heats when in a case.

It outperforms all of the other phones that I've had before. It's fast. It's really easy for me to do photo edits. I'm just really pleased with the Galaxy AI version.

This phone is just what I needed.

It was just what I was looking for at the time and it's held up well. It has great features like the 3 camera lenses and all the different photo editing I can do. It has has a lot of storage space and I've recently discover some of the Galaxy AI features on this phone which I fun to play around with.

There's so many options when it comes to settings and the way you want your phone set up. I'm very impressed with the phone and I would definitely recommend it to anybody who is looking to buy a new phone. Never had any problems with it.Besides my screen cracked but that's because it fell while I was at work. But other than that, the phone is great.I would recommend to family and friends.

A Waste of Money - Buyer Bewear!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm extremely disappointed with my Samsung Galaxy A16 phone, which I'd describe as the worst phone I've ever had the misfortune of owning. I'm using it for basic tasks like making phone calls, browsing the internet, and Google searches, but even those are a struggle. The phone overheats and stalls constantly, forcing me to restart it multiple times most days. I've had to delete essential apps to prevent further slowdowns, and even then, it's still painfully slow.
The camera is mediocre at best, and the constant "restart" notifications are frustrating. What's even more frustrating is that I've had to replace this phone three times, with the first two being refurbished units and the current one supposedly new, yet they all perform identically poorly.
The only redeeming quality is its lightweight and compact design. However, that's not enough to make up for its numerous flaws. I wouldn't recommend this phone to anyone, especially beginners, due to its poor performance and reliability issues. If you're looking for a phone for basic use, save your money and look elsewhere. This phone can't even handle simple tasks without freezing, so don't expect it to do anything extra.
