The phone since day one has been very slow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My device runs pretty slow, even when I had recently purchased it, it was slow. I have more than enough storage and close all my pages to see if that would help and nothing. I purchased it thinking it would be a good phone for the price but it was not even close to that.

To check, swipe down from the top right corner of your screen with two fingers, then tap the Settings icon. Scroll down and select Software update or System updates, depending on your model. Tap Download and install, Check for system updates, or Check for software updates, whatever your carrier offers. If an update is available, it should start downloading automatically, but you might need to tap 'Download now' on some devices. Once the download is complete, just follow the on-screen steps to install the update. This product should be illegal to sell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only thing good about this phone was the a I galaxy. Other than that, this phone has been a headache.A big waste of money. I type one thit spells out another and I forgot.I back and redo it. About 10 times a day.I get you i'm not available and the phone shuts off and then another half of the day it won't make calls. I tried to take it back and they offer nothing so I would not purchase this phone
