This product has great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's laggy on games like cod but its a very usual phone and it hasn't cracked yet I have this phone for 3 years and yet no damage am suprise the galaxy Ai I haven't tested it out but I hope its wonderfull and it works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] GALAXY A16 5G PURCHASED A COUPLE WEEKS AGO AND BEEN HAVING SOME ISSUES WITH IT AND I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT TO DO FOR IT TO WORK A BIT BETTER HAS BEEN FUNCTIONING REALLY SLOW AT TIMES AND DOESN'T OPEN APPS AT FIRST AND HAS FROZEN AS WELL

It has a lot of great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Galaxy has great features and is easy to download important apps such as my medical apps and is easy to use when I go on them. Other features such as games, movies, wrestling, fast food apps, and Dutch bros apps all work very well on the Samsung phone A16 I don't have to worry about slow internet which I'm pleased with. To clean up the unwanted apps, junk files, etc.....not a problem to do that either I like using my Samsung; I always prefer Samsung phones over other ones. If I have a problem I call Metro and they help me fast I understand what they tell me, thank you from LUCHIE....

Nice phones

The second one was my favorite one but my screen got a small crack in the corner of the phone. So I purchased a third one now I have a tiny crack down the middle. I don't know what to do about this but I will keep it as long as it works.

A little slower

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone Gakaxy AI is slower to open links or when I want to see my open tabs, just flashes and I have to press twice and a little longer to open and choose the one I need. Also, very often is telling me that I have to restart it, and since I bought it (July 2025) it heats considerably for so little time that it's been with me, and I bought it new at the t- mobile store. Although is not as complete as my past Galaxy Notes phones that I have had for years, still is a good phone

Good storage and smooth functions

Only disappointment with this product is that it malfunctions sometimes especially with getting into and out of the photo so. It is slow and the quality of the pictures is just so so.
