[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My phone has been fairly great it has a few hiccups that I need to understand but I'll get there. The AI part of it is the best and I love it. It helped a whole lot when I was trying to figure out the phone. I'm 61 years old and technology has me lost at times but the AI on the phone really helped me figure out stuff. I usually use it for communicating with my friends and family but u also have a few games on here that u like to play. I just wish it was easier for me to figure things out and then I would've given you 5 stars but I really would give you 4.5 stars right now. Thank you for making things better for me to figure out.

Trade in, throw it away but get rid of that old phone and get with the winning team over here with Samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Love my Samsung Galaxy A16 5g. The camera on it takes awesome pictures, and it's wonderful for gaming. The memory on it is exceptional. It has a wonderful amount of storage. It's unbelievable how many games I have downloaded and still no lagging yet. I highly recommend it.
