Good budget phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although this phone doesn't have great performance, it is a great value. I can do everything I want to do on it, play games, watch videos, play music, text. It has acceptable camera quality and Galaxy AI is good for editing pictures.

Great Phone, Bad Service Provider

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy AI is a fairly large part of Resources that are my go-to on the Galaxy A16 5G. At work I use my A16, along with Galaxy AI, to write up S.O.P. instruction booklets, work orders, time off requests, etc., and it never let's me down. My service provider started out as only a cable TV provider, but expanded into WiFi, streaming and mobile phones. Their mobile service and connection is 2 out of 5 stars due to the fact service only picks up in certain locations. Otherwise, I like my A16 work phone, as it is my biggest helper!!!
