Disgusting performance. Absolutely nerve-racking.

This is the absolute slowest phone I've ever had. I cannot believe they're actually selling this thing to the public. If you care about your sanity at all, don't buy this phone. This thing has a hard time even playing videos normally. I've wasted a lot of money on things, but this is by far my biggest thing I regret purchasing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had this phone for a month and tried to give it an honest chance, it has repeatedly failed, it glitches, runs slow, shuts my apps down when I'm using them or will freeze, it disconnects from my car frequently when I'm using GPS or just listening to music and when I'm typing the keyboard will disappear. I have never felt the need to leave a review for anything but this phone is horrible and makes me want to throw it against a wall. I have done the updates and the very frequent restarts but this phone is more frustrating than anything, even typing this now the phone keeps glitching. Save your money
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When multiple apps are running in the background, it can slow down your phone’s processor, leading to app closures or your phone stalling.
To maintain optimal performance, you can use the Device care feature, which provides an overview of your battery, storage, and RAM. This feature automatically optimizes your phone or tablet for faster, better performance. The Quick optimization tool enhances your device’s performance by identifying apps that consume excessive battery power. It also clears unnecessary items from memory, deletes unneeded files, scans for malware, and closes background apps.

If you notice that your phone takes longer than usual to connect when making a call, please ensure you are connected to your mobile network. In some cases, having Wi-Fi calling enabled can cause delays in connection, depending on your service provider. If you are consistently unable to make or receive calls, first check with your service provider to confirm that you have adequate coverage in your area. You can also reset your mobile network settings in your phone to improve connection quality. To check if your Data Saver feature is turned on, go to Settings, then tap on Connections, followed by Data usage. Here, you can toggle Data Saver on or off. The Data Saver feature helps reduce your data consumption by restricting selected apps from sending or receiving data in the background. You can choose which apps to restrict or allow. Additionally, consider resetting your network settings. To do this, tap on "Reset mobile network settings," then select "Reset settings." You may be prompted to enter your security credentials. This product is not very good for music listening

There is nothing like talking on the phone, and then you realize your volume is going lower as you are on the phone. One of the reasons this is taking place is because the case on your phone may be pressing against your volume button. However, another reason is that your phone indicates that it is time for a software update. This can be done quickly by navigating to and opening Settings on your device. Swipe to and then tap Software Update or System Updates. It will vary between models. Tap Download and install, or Check for software updates. It will begin downloading if an update is available, though you may need to tap Download now on some devices. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the update when the Download is complete.
