Samsung's AI is user friendly, it is integrated into the A16 Phone makes the phone well worth the price and a great option for anyone needs. The A16 5G is the first 5G phone that I have used, Its speed is perfect to stream any movie or play your favorite game. The camera is better then any other camera I have used before. All around a great smart phone at an amazing price point.

DON'T BUY. Glitchy Screen After Less Than A Month.

I was excited to get an affordable Samsung phone but after 2 weeks of owning it a green line appeared vertically on the left edge of the screen. This only to advance and get much much worst with the whole screen flashing in and out green. After 20 days of owning the phone it is completely unusable. I never dropped my phone, doesn't even have a scratch. Got a faulty phone. Completely unacceptable from a well known brand like Samsung.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

You Can't Go Wrong With A Galaxy

I have the Galaxy A16 5g and I absolutely LOVE it. From the graphics to the size to the memory and also the AI, I mean you can't go wrong! The Galaxy AI feature has definitely exceeded my expectations. Trust me you will not regret this buy!!

Battery dies quick despite proper maintenance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality of the phone is good & the galaxy AI has proven effective and efficient, however the battery has a tendency to drain very quickly from the beginning & nothing I do helps! It seems to be a defect as there's nothing on my phone to drain a battery from full in 3 to 4 hours while barely using it & no open apps or pages.
