This product doesn't have a good processing unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my device for gaming and watching TV and it likes to overheat too much when I'm involved in these activities.
It overheats so much that it crashes the System UI and Process Unit often that I'm having to restart my phone twice a day and sometimes having to reset the system.
I really get tired of doing this especially if I have to take it into one of the main stores to fix it.
I don't use the Galaxy AI on the phone don't any reason too.

Samsung to Samsung ugrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Samsung phone. It was an upgrade from an older model. The camera features and storage capacity are the 2 main reasons I upgraded. The pictures are crisp and vibrant. I enjoy taking close ups of nature and seeing the fine details. I also love catching those special moments with my kids and grand babies and they are quick! The picture qualities are great. I have a large storage capacity without the need of external equipment. That means I can keep my pictures with me for quick access and keep my gaming apps.

It overall is a decent product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It gets the job done as far as calling and texting but it absolutely does not work on 5g and when it only has 2 bars in the signal. It glitches alot also. But for the most part it is fairly decent. And galaxy al gives you too broad of an response it needs to narrow down the answers it gives you more specifically and be more directly to the topic other than all over the place with the answer....

I remember my earlier cell phones being destroyed with ONE drop. Faces got easily shattered and even buttons have jammed or dislodged. Great improvement Samsung Galaxy AI.

Decent device

It has wonderful graphics and sound quality. I have also dropped this device multiple times thinking "Here we go, now I've done it. It's going to be all busted!" But, I don't even have a scratch, nor do I have a screen protector on! Like I said, pretty decent device!

Awesome phone

Recently I had to use it for emergency. It's very fast the screen is very clear and bright and Galaxy AI is very useful, you can ask him anything. I am very pleased with my phone. It takes great pictures it has a lot of extra features. I would seriously be lost without it.
