This Product is Easy To Use

At home, I can use Galaxy AI to call my parents while my hands are busy with something else. At work, I can quickly double tap the screen to see the time while multitasking. At school, I use the double window feature to multitask between apps.

So basically I'm completely satisfied with my Samsung device!!! It really is simple for me to use as l am disabled and have alot of issues with my hands!!! Love it!! Recommend by the Galaxy glad lady says....this phone checks all my boxes

Very slow loading

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything loads slow and I have to power off and on frequently. Camera is ok. AI is on here but I don't use it. Overall I'm not happy with this phone. I know it is cheap but all I could afford being on a fixed income.

Its good but....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone is a nice phone. But it has to be restarted often or it lags and freezes. And the update made it so you have to pull the top down to restart. Not helpful when it freezes! Other than that no issues

I like it has SDCard

I like the large storage so I don't have to uninstall an app to load another
I did NOT like all the game apps pre-installed. I removed them. I also had some issues with the upgrade to OneUI 7
