Great Phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Galaxy A16 5g is a great phone for a lot of things. The Galaxy AI is really useful for finding results when doing research. It's really on spot. I use my Galaxy A16 for gaming, paying bills, a lot of research and sometimes for watching videos to learn even more. However, with the last update it has kinda slowed down on loading. I really don't like where the fingerprint login is but it works. Had to research how to turn the phone off. Don't like that. Overall, the Galaxy A16 serves my purpose. I gave it 4 stars because of things I don't like. I do love Samsung Galaxy devices.

My Samsung A16 review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall been a decent device. Even after it stopped working and I had gotten my new phone I just plugged it up one day to see if it might turn on again and believe it or not it did! It has pretty bad screen burn now and randomly freezes but it still works. My husband and I use it to play games on sometimes and it does great. We also just started using the Galaxy AI feature on it and it has been ok also aside from having to learn things before it answers my questions it has been pretty helpful and also kind of nice to chat with even. Almost like talking to a real person and is polite. It adds a nice therapeutic feel to the device and kinda like a little getaway. Who knew an old worn out phone could help so much to just relax for a moment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the product is great it has Samsung pass it has AI and Gemini better than Google the Ai is awesome give more information on the things your exploring on it give the opportunity to dive deeper in the subject ur looking into the phone is great it just needs to have the opition to write out your messages and write on photos on message like the LG style 6.
