Nice device.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone is nice and lightweight. The only issue i have is the occasional freezing when trying to type. The camera is great. The photo ai qr recognizing system works amazing. It connects seamlessly with my watch(galaxy 7). I am so glad I moved back to the galaxy line.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have really enjoyed this galaxy a16 when your holding it the phone feels like its made to last. It's durable. Iv had mine for about 4months and iv dropped it a few times and its always good when pick it up. I also think it works well with the new android update ..all in all its a great phone and was easy on the wallet. Galaxy ai is pretty standard when its compared to others. I still have lots of learning ...but the only thing I have left to say is we'll done Samsung you nailed it again.

Can't make a Call

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have gone to the retailer multiple times to inform them that my phone can not make calls. The device is good overall with Google Searches and AI assistance. Just can't make a call when necessary. I will be upgrading in the near future and hope the outgoing call glitch I'm experiencing when travel over to the new model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything including Galaxy AI works perfectly for me. Not much to complain except for Voice recognition. It's either not available like it was with precious models or I'm not looking in the right places. Other than that, it's a 4/5 in my opinion.

I use my Samsung phone for everything from steaming movie to playing games and managing my bills, my bank and everything in-between. I have had my phone for over a year now still works great, I have plenty of storage as well. Samsung is the only brand I buy now. They never disappoint.

Samsung Galaxy A16 G5

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I've experienced a lot of issues with my phone. The fingerprint sensor doesn't work, so I end up tapping it repeatedly until I find the pattern lock to unlock my phone. Sometimes, it doesn't seem to make calls at all, just dead calls, and it’s slower than my friends' and family members' phones, like my wife's. I haven't even seen any Galaxy AI features; I don't know if they are available on this model of Galaxy phone. I can't wait to upgrade and might give Galaxy another chance with the next model.

Sometimes, adding another fingerprint can make unlocking your device easier, especially if you switch hands or hold it in a different way. The great news is, you can add multiple fingerprints so it's always a breeze to unlock your phone no matter how you're holding it. If you're having trouble with calls connecting, just check with your carrier to make sure your device is properly registered and that you have good coverage in your usual area. If your phone feels a bit slower than usual, a quick visit to Settings and running the Device care's Quick Optimization can give it a nice boost. Love my A16 phone
