A futurama device with exceptional qualities.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off I wanna mention Galaxy AI, without it I never would have come to conclusions like Galaxy AI does, super easy, super capable. Thank you. Now as for the product itself, I am beyond pleased with its functionality, smooth scroll no lag in websites or games for that matter, I use it more than my console systems cause of no lag and HD imagery, pages load quickly with no wait time like other phones I've owned. The camera pixels are superb my photos are clear finally, I thought it was just my photography skills, so all in all I found a phone that works with me everyday for everything I need it to do and sometimes beyond. Thank you for producing such an incredible device.

The Galaxy A16 is a very high performance android

The features are excellent and the Galaxy AI is a very useful tool.
I would recommend this phone to my friends and family and the price is right with excellent performance.

Very fast while not draining the battery very much

Slow and glitches alot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this phone from 4 different companies and each time I got it the phone did the same things , its slow and glitches alot, kicks me out of apps I'm on even messages and when I'm try to answer called it won't let me and makes them hang up. I love samsung had many phones with them but this is the only phone I've had that does this. Yes my old phones were slow occasionally but never like this. A16& A15 are not the best phones I've tried everything to make this phone work. I want to upgrade but my phone provider won't let me till its paid off. And I don't have a warranty so not much I can do about it

Great features suitable for work and multitasking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this phone for multitasking and it is my primary phone one ui had provided a very smooth experience with it's new features, good with Samsung ecosystem and Samsung pay is easier to pay with more than any wallet, I also use it for my homework for school, I can multitask and open 2 documents at the same time, I'm lucky to have this phone, I actually have never ever regretted buying any devices from Samsung, They keep up for a long period and more durable than other brands, I would recommend this phone and I rate it 9/10!
