The speed of the A16 5G is unlike any phone I have

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my A16 5G for almost everything that has to do with AI. I use the Hotspot to watch my smart TV, i also use the phone for when friends come over and need wi-fi for there phones. I especially use it to set alarms to remind myself of what needs to get done that day. Without it i would be lost and I wouldn't make it to any appointments or meetings. It's a fast reliable cell phone. I don't know what I would do without it.

Only lasted a week

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It would have been my third or fourth Galaxy phone in a row. But after deciding it was time to upgrade my S10e way past its expiration date, I went with the A16, and like it says in the title, it only lasted a week before I decided to turn it back in. It was as slow, if not possibly slower, than the S10. Additionally, the bottom left window select button (three vertical lines) would glitch the first time I hit it. I had to hit it a second time for it to work. If I only had one of these issues, I probably could have overlooked it. But with both of them, in addition to how much the phone was trying to push me to use the Galaxy AI, even when I kept choosing to dismiss or decline, it just wasn't worth it. I'm glad I spent a bit more money and went back to an S series.

Great Camera Quality

The camera has so many more functions than my older Galaxy phones i had in the past . the pictures come out super clear. I also love the fact that the phone has so much more storage than my other old samsung devices . i can stream pretty much almost everywhere and downloads of music is really good as well. the Galaxy AI functions are really cool. the AI itself helps me with my day to day appointments and helps with me geeting my work done as well.

So simple to use but packs a big punch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything seems to be working properly. The camera has great picture and video quality and stability! Runs smoothly and quickly. Has tons of memory and options to choose for storage! I can't really complain to be honest but I'm working on trying to get the new S25! If the A16 5G is good then I can only imagine how much better the S25 is! You get 👍🏻👍🏻 from me! Try and keep bettering the privacy policies cause you never can get to much of that. Thanks and have a great rest of the year Samsung USA 🇺🇸
