Excellent choice when you are a valued consumer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Galaxy A16 soon after it came out and it is a vast improvement over the A15 model. The upgraded screen glass is more sensitive and responsive to my needs along with a faster CPU. Combined with an improved refresh rate and brighter screen..
Samsung did well of improving low points of the A15 (which was a vast downgrade from my Galaxy S21+ in overall performance but 4x the price).

Bad Battery for a New/Unused Phone

When 100% charged, and with mild use, battery barley lasts 30 hours.
My A15 and S23 last for more than 3 days with normal use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I see why they're sold discounted/ "free" on boost

I was looking forward to a new galaxy phone and was sorely disappointed. Immediately had issues with lag, slow responses, updates changing my settings, and underwhelming front camera quality. It's lagging as I type now. I regret trading in for this phone. My mother is disappointed with hers too and having the same issues. Also called support about the audio cutting out and was told it's my provider's connection issue. Boost's connection is working for the other 3 users in our home. It's just a problem my mother and i are having with these phones. Also freezes up when 2-3 apps are open at the same time.

The camera has very good quality for the price of this phone also it feels like it's is made out diamond because I dropped couple of times on the sidewalk but the screen and the backside of the phone was not damage at all. And the features are not like the S25 but It still got a lot of features to it but it is enough for me. Sorry for my bad grammar errors

Budget phone, budget performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone is very laggy and slow. It freezes too often. It closes apps and reloads web pages for for no reason. But if you leave an app and then try to go back to it where you left off it won't allow that to happen. It runs some apps fine, while some have issues. The Galaxy AI function works ok. It has an ok camera. Takes fairly good pictures and videos. The screen is also decent. If you want to just make phone calls and send text messages it's fine for that. Otherwise I would look elsewhere.
