Simple & fast

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using phones that utilize the android operating system for 15 years now. What I've noticed within that time is that Samsungs' Galaxy series phones have been the simplest and fastest to use
The device I'm currently using I've had for at least 6 months now, and during that time I've had no significant issues with the phone. This also been the first "5G" compatible phone I've owned, and when it uses the 5G feature it is quite quicke than is predecessor.
Unfortunately, I don't just have all good things to say. Now, with the Galaxy series
I've had limited issues. The most significant and common issue Inoticed is after about 2 months or so the system will begin to lag. Also, the phones usually stop working altogether after about a year.
Ultimately, my experience with Samsung and their products have been great! So, thank you for providing me with great products over the years, and you will continue to have me as a loyal customer.

An amazing phone

Galaxy A12

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the Galaxy A12 for a while now, and it's been a solid and reliable phone. It's definitely durable—I've dropped it a few times and it still works just fine. Battery life is pretty good too, and it’s lasted me longer than I expected.
That said, the storage is limited and I've run into space issues often, even with just the basics installed. Performance has slowed down a bit over time, and it's clear that this phone is showing its age.
If I win the sweepstakes, I'd definitely use the card toward upgrading to a newer Galaxy device—something with more storage and better speed. But overall, the A12 has served me well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this phone a lot. The screen is crystal clear and and the camera lens is spot. It seems pretty durable, plus setting up your to suit your needs is pretty easy,so customization is on point. The AI system is self explanatory.

I love the camera and memory on this phone

Great phone overall for price

I had gotten a free phone when joining a new carrier but recently switched and got my new Samsung A16 5G. It has alot of storage space, takes good photos as well as new features like fingerprint sign in all for a great price. I really like the Galaxy A1 feature
