It tends to lag and freeze up at times

Use the Device care feature to get an overview of your battery, storage, and RAM. You can also automatically optimize your device for better speed by enabling Quick optimization, which identifies apps draining battery, clears unnecessary memory, removes unneeded files, scans for malware, and closes background apps. This is my first 5G,I have only been able to get a 4G because I never had the money. I use my phone for Netflex watching movies,Facebook, I have my photos they mean a lot to me. Overall I just love my new Samsung Galaxy 5G.

Trouble with A16

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the A16, I didn't but the galaxy fold like normally do. Big mistake, I have nothing but problems, freezing, getting hot and then shutting down. I try using AI , but it doesn't understand the commands I tell it. I don't know if it's just this phone or all A16's are garbage. This maybe my last Samsung.

Best Phone by far

I need to get a new phone because I'm running out of storage but unfortunately I cannot afford it at this time. Hoping to be able to get one in the next 6 months. I'm older woman so it's very easy to use. I really love that.
