Hey there Onedon, Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy A16 5G. It’s wonderful to hear your device works so well. The large 6.7-inch display makes gaming immersive and enjoyable. While your Galaxy device might sometimes heat up, it has safety features to alert you and protect it if temperatures rise too high. Factors that can raise your device's temperature include placing it near heat sources, leaving it in a hot parked car, or using it continuously in direct sunlight. Using multiple apps or demanding apps like gaming or GPS tracking can also increase heat. Charging with a non-Samsung, incompatible, or faulty charger and cable, as well as system or firmware updates, can also influence temperature. For tips on maintaining a normal device temperature, see the online guide, “Keep your Galaxy device at its normal operating temperature.” Although this model offers many smart features to improve your experience, the full Galaxy AI service has not yet been available for this series. It's been a while

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been a while since I've been able to afford a Samsung phone and I gotta say I'm totally thrilled with the A16. I love the smooth transitions, the fact that it has enough storage space that I don't feel like if I didnt buy and SD card the phoenix might crash any minute and most.of all I love that it has NFC on it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has a lot of great features including AI assistant. Cameras are great and picture quality is awesome. The only drawback for me is that it doesn't connect as quickly as my previous phone which was a moto.

If you’re having issues with your touchscreen not being sensitive enough or responding intermittently, please check that your device software and apps are updated to the latest versions. To do this, go to **Settings > Software Update** and tap **Download and Install**. Follow the on-screen instructions.
If you’re using accessories, such as screen protectors, keep in mind that they may affect touch sensitivity. In particular, some non-Samsung-approved protective films or lenses might only have adhesive along the edges, which can prevent them from fully covering the screen and lead to touchscreen malfunctions.
Additionally, be aware that the touchscreen may not function correctly in wet conditions or when exposed to water. You can also enhance responsiveness by turning on touch sensitivity. To do this, navigate to **Settings**, then tap **Display**, and switch on **Touch Sensitivity**.

This phone is better than most I have owned

I was told that its not supported by the phone service I have. So I'll just have to wait until I get a newer one. I will upload a photo I took in the dark.
