I always come back to the Galaxy like a black hole . This AS 16 is very user friendly. The AI experience is a must try. AI saves time on inquiries and is pack with the useful information and graphics to make even a first time tech user comfortable. I am looking forward for what the next upgrade will bbring.I love it. Thank you guys. Keep up the good work.

Great phone for the price but it's no Galaxy S s

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great phone but it lags during games and slows down sometimes on videos I'm guessing itnms the processor. I downgraded from a Samsung Galaxy s24 plus and there's really not that much of a difference.

This phone is a great phone overall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the Samsung A16 5g and I actually love this phone. It's very easy to use and practical. It has all the features that I need in a phone and then some. The only issue i do seem to have with it is that it tends to run extremely slow at times. I really like some of the additional apps that it has introduced me to such as the m365 copilot. Other than the slowness at times I would say it's an overall great phone to have.
