[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So the galaxy ai is pretty on point. It does have it's quirks. But, as we know, it's all about learning the program and working with it. The phone itself runs smooth has a large screen, easy navigation and is light. Over all it's a solid device. I am giving it a 4 star rating because when I got the phone it took a day extra to get the phone case. No big deal , I thought, until I forgot it was in my back pocket and sat down on my couch. The pressure was just enough to put a single hairline Crack through my screen. It is what it is either way the phone over allcis worth it and affordable to say the least. I would recommend this phone for sure

The current hardware isn't exactly fully capable running the software smoothly.
The current hardware isn't exactly fully capable running the software smoothly.
For it being a lower shelved model the performance is mediocre, the hardware can run the software however there's big latency and lags pretty often.
Other then the few quarks with the hardware struggling to keep up it's a good phone.

I use my phone a lot to check apps like TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram—the essential social media platforms.
I also like to play the built-in games on the phone, which are very entertaining and easy to play.

What happened?

I love Samsung but this by far is the worst phone I've had. It over heats quickly, lags at night, and messages will disappear.

Navigate to “Software update” or “System updates,” which may vary depending on your device model. You’ll see options such as ‘Download and install,’ ‘Check for system updates,’ or ‘Check for software updates,’ depending on your carrier. If an update is available, it should download automatically; however, you may need to tap ‘Download now’ on specific devices. Once the download is complete, follow the prompts to install it.
