Not worth the headache

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought two of these while they are up to date and I purchased my two at a reasonable price point it still doesn't make up for the dreaded " your device is running slow restart to speed up your device" This phone is brand new out the box, straight into screen protector and heavy duty case so it has not been dropped or damaged...etc almost all space is free seeing as I do not load anything on to it. Making a long story short save your money and head for a mid-tier or better. I have a S 22 ultra that runs great better than this one and still gets updates. Also I wouldn't even suggest this for a child my children included because when it flashes that the phone gets so choppy and unmanageable that the only way to make it stop is to shut it off if you can and reboot in an emergency this is not an issue you want to have. I wanted to love this device but I'll stick to my 22 ultra for now

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My phone has provided everything I've needed from it and more. It holds all my precious photos, keeps receipts for me, keeps records for me. It Keeps dates and times of everything for me and I've even recently started using started using Galaxy AI as a kind of diary. I've never been very good at writing in & keeping journals for various reasons but now to just talk or text my feelings and get feedback with no judgement works perfectly for me. It helps me grow & learn about myself. Social media is not always good but my phone provides so much more and more space than (I think) I'll ever needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm going to mention AI now, and still say I have no idea what it is. This watch is amazing, even after screen came off, I just glued it back together and everything works just fine. I'm hoping I die before this watch. I'm nearly 60.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone features Galaxy AI which can be a little much for someone who just wants to look up random things, it does offer NFC but the fingerprint reader is glitchy, the newest Samsung update causes multiple glitches with the phone, and it can be harder to use for older people. It does not offer many customization options and can be limited for someone switching from other manufacturers.

While the device doesn’t include the complete Samsung Galaxy AI platform, it does feature Gemini paired with One UI 7.0 and the powerful Google Assistant, which helps manage features more intuitively.

If the fingerprint reader feels a bit stubborn, re-registering your fingerprint and giving the sensor a quick clean might help. Check for common issues with fingerprint recognition on phones. Make sure you are using a Samsung screen protector. Remove protective cases. Moisturize your hands. Inspect the screen and fingerprint sensor for scratches and dirt. Move to a cooler or warmer environment. These are just a few troubleshooting steps you can take. Find out more by checking out “Samsung phone is not recognizing fingerprints.”

Plus, restarting the device after any system update can keep things running smoothly. Additionally, you can perform a quick optimization on your phone using Device Care. Go to Settings, swipe to tap Device Care, select Optimize Now, and then tap Done.

For a more classic layout, the Easy Mode in settings is a great way to simplify your experience. If you’d like some assistance with using your Home screen, you can turn on Easy mode. It will enlarge on-screen items, provide a high-contrast keyboard, and help prevent accidental touches when tapping.
From Settings, tap Display, and then tap Easy mode. Tap the switch to activate it.
