Alot of viruses. Phone barely works.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got mine not even 35 days ago. On day 3 it already was taken over by viruses and scam calls. It shuts off and reboots by itself. Never does what you are trying to do. My Galaxy A16 is not a good choice. I would rather have an outdated phone than a brand new one that I cannot even use.

Software updates function like oil changes and tune-ups for your phone or tablet—they help keep everything running smoothly. We recommend updating your software whenever a new version is available to ensure your device remains in optimal condition. Please note that during the update process, your phone will be unavailable, and files will be inaccessible. You will also be unable to make calls, including to emergency services.
