This is my 3rd Coast PX1R! I have one for my car, one for easy access in the home, and a 3rd for my wife who walks at night. We both really love them, especially when the weather is horrible. I also now own 18 of the rechargeable batteries, too. I was dumping used up batteries by the bucket I am consistently impressed with Coast lighting products, but especially so with the PX1R and its well-designed charging system. It's easily the best flashlight I've ever owned.

I bought the PX1R a couple of weeks ago and been using at work. I have one of the old ones in blue and like that I can charge the battery without taking it out of the light. My dislike on the old one is the switch is really stiff. The new one has a switch that is easy to push and a 1000 lumens on top of it. The PX1R is a total winner for me.

I just bought this flashlight about a week ago. I dropped one accidentally time and it will not turn on again.
I was really enjoying it and it came highly recommended.
So disappointed.

This one is new improved replacement for my first one which went intermitten after a few years.
It uses the ZX850 Battery which is a huge improvement. This one now lives in my pocket!
