[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This flashlight does more than what it claims. It's like the sun is lighting up the inside of my house when I have all the lights off. It's also small enough to fit into the tight little areas around the house too when I'm working on various things in the attic, garage, shed, etc. I would definitely recommend.

I bought this flashlight to keep in my motorcycle saddlebag. I had previously purchased the same flashlight in the 4 colors to give to my family to keep in their cars. I have been replacing my regular flashlights with rechargeable flashlights for the convenience that they provide. The lights case is extremely durable, well sized, and balanced perfectly. The adjustable beam works great and the focused beam pattern is precise. I would highly recommend this flashlight to anyone that needs a powerful flashlight for a great price.

Great size and great light, Miss my old PX1R

The size of this flashlight is perfect for casual use. The light output is great and the battery life is good. I bought this to replace the PX1R that I lost and I'm disappointed that you can no longer charge the battery with it in the light. That was very efficient considering I use the flashlight every night in the fall and winter walking my dog. Taking the battery out to charge is unnecessary and inconvenient. I also really liked the green color that's not offered anymore. It made the light easier to find in the drawer.

Powerful little light

I purchased a black PX1R (packaged in a plastic box for hanging on display) for home and a green Crew PX1R (packaged in a smaller cardboard box) for my car. Both came with a rechargeable Li-ion battery pack, a cartridge with three AAA batteries (both have proprietary connectors), a 120 VAC USB adapter, a USB adapter for a car power port (which used to be a cigarette lighter), and a micro USB cable that fits both USB adapters. This is an amazing light. I specifically like the fact that it can convert from flood light to spot light (and anything in between) by twisting the lens on the front. I don't know how they could have made this light any smaller because it's just slightly larger than the cartridge holding the three AAA batteries. The light it puts out on high beam is excellent. The low beam is just right for reading. There's no obnoxious flashing mode as is so common in LED lights these days. Every time you turn on the light it is in 'high output' mode (push the tail button once to turn it on, push again to turn it off). If you turn it on again within 5 seconds it will come on in low output mode. Push the tail button again and it will go off. The next time you turn it on it will be in high mode again. The Li-ion battery pack gives a brighter light (460 LM) on high than with three new alkaline batteries (330 LM). Since it's hard to get a feel for this difference, I've attached pictures taken with brand new Duracell alkaline batteries and a fully charged Li-ion battery pack, both in flood and spot modes. Since Li-ion batteries don't handle heat and cold very well, I'll be using alkaline batteries in the flashlight I keep in my car. Also, since alkaline batteries seem to leak a lot these days I will store the batteries outside the flashlight in a small plastic box next to my PX1R in my car. I would highly recommend this light to anybody who wants a fairly small, high quality, bright LED light.

Awesome little durable powerful light!! Works perfectly in my truck and is easy to use with 1 hand. I purchased 2 of them then bought 2 more for all my vehicles and my garage. Great little flashlights!
