sit back, relax and pedal

I slide way back in a soft chair while watching TV and you will elevate your heart rate and get tight legs and a flush to your face, but not really break a sweat unless you turn the resistance up and push really hard. I like the somewhat passive nature of how easy this is.

Very quiet and convenient

After six months of use at the rate of five times a week and 60 minutes a time, this pedal cycle is still quiet. I use it without the straps and have no problem. I use it while watching TV so the minutes fly. I started out with a low resistance and gradually built up. I can tell you that 60 minutes at a high resistance setting is a workout. I got it simply because the cardiologist recommended 60 minutes of exercise a day and because I have knee issues, this seemed better than a treadmill.

Pretty good for the price

II would have preferred bigger strokes (longer stems on the pedals) but that would not work for those wanting to use it while at a table or desk (which is what it is designed for). (Yes, it is OK to end a sentence with a preposition.) I was concerned that it might not have enough resistance but I find I don't need it full on.

Bought this for my husbands and he loves it!

I bought this for my husband so he can keep his artificial knee from stiffening up. Within a week's worth of use, his knee is feeling much better! We haven't had it very long, so don't know about its longevity, but it gets a workout every day, and is very smooth!

Very happy with the price and value

It was easy to put together and I have arthritis in my hands as well as poor strength (not many steps were needed to put together and it cam with tools). I live a sedentary lifestyle and I was wanting to be more active, but start gradually. I experience random knee pains, muscle fatigue in legs, hip pain, and othe msculoskeletal problems. I use this cycle 3-4 times a week sometimes more and it has helped me with my mobility as well as reduce joint pains and muscle fatigue.

Easy to store and easy to use

Overall, it does work great and is light, with a convenient handle to pick it up with. The screen automatically turns on when you start to peddle to track your speed, distance, extra.I love how small it is and that I can store it out of sight.

Does what it was suppose to do

It's quiet, takes 30 seconds to assemble and if you're really super lazy it has a handle to carry it so you can take it home and keep pedaling while you sit on your fat butt. Or you can just pony up and buy two of them...one for home and one for work. But if you want to be a real superman, you will carry it to and from work AND take the stairs while carrying it.

Sturdy build and smooth pedaling

The first one did not pedal smoothly, no matter how much tension I had set. Pedaling on this Sunny device is smooth and comfortable. The tension knob works effectively, and I love the large display screen. The exerciser is extremely quiet when I use it. I love the handle on top for moving the device from room to room. The device is heavy enough to be substantial but not too heavy for me to move. The distance from pedal to pedal also is greater than that of the less expensive pedaler, so I get a better physical therapy benefit for my knees, hips, and shoulders. Love the hand grips on the pedals. The pedals also are comfortable for bare feet. My feet stay on the pedals with or without the straps, with or without shoes. I gave away an expensive recumbent stationary bike a couple of years ago because it took up so much space in the house. This exerciser pedals as well as that large one, but it hardly takes up any space, can be put away if desired, and can be used with any kind of seat.
