[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 4th Lenovo X1 carbon in 8 years. I have not wavered. Have tried others- Dell,HP, Asus etc.. but they dont work as well. They are clunky or not reliable.
Have had premium support but have not used it except twice.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using the ThinkPad X1 Carbons since Gen 9 and have been very happy with their performance and reliability. Great form factor and the perfect machine for business use imo.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fast, small and light laptop. Great as all X1 Carbon series we have owned so far. We still have 2nd gen running for over 10 years.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice texture, easy to open and close, the laptop doesn't lift itself when you open the top far back, nice keyboard.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had my ThinkPad for a few weeks, but I am very happy with it thus far. It is light weight, high resolution screen, responsive keyboard and touch pad. It is much faster than my previous laptop and holds a charge for a long time. I had it with me at a 5 hour event and never felt the need to plug in.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never owned any other brand of laptop except IBM ThinkPad or Lenovo ThinkPad. Though I considered a different brand when I was replacing a 7+ year-old ThinkPad, Lenovo still came out on top, even at a bit more money. It arrived really quickly and checked all the boxes on my list of reasons I was upgrading. Changing laptops is always a bit daunting, but it was easier than I remembered. I have no regrets with this laptop so far.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This laptop lives up to my expectations! It's incredibly responsive and has amazing heat management, even during intensive use. I can’t praise the keyboard enough—typing feels effortless, and my hands literally glide across the keys. Highly recommended!
